I made a research on the internet on what camera to buy and I found Canon PowerShot SD 1100IS 8MP digital camera. I decided to buy it the first time that I saw the features and the picture on the net because it looked like a trendy, sturdy and good point-and-shoot camera. I have been using it for 2 months now. I brought it with me during my trip to my hometown in Iowa.
Iowa was beautiful in the pictures. I didn’t know I could appreciate my hometown this much. The pictures that came out from my Canon PowerShot were sharp. When I looked at them, I feel like the Iowa scenes were more real than the real Iowa country side that I captured. It was a memorable vacation filled with trips down to memory lane and what made it more memorable were the clear pictures from my digital camera.
I can’t say nothing bad about Canon Powershot SD 1100IS. It’s very compact and light I can put it in my pocket. The zoom feature is very powerful. I can crop a very small portion and it doesn’t show the pixels. The video is also pretty good. I use it to record 8-minute videos and although the quality can’t match video cameras, for a point-and-shoot camera, the video feature is very reliable.
If you want it small and just want to take pictures of people and beautiful scenes and happy get-together parties, I certainly recommend this digital camera. You will not have any problems with it.
